By accessing scribistudio.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product from Scribi Studio Academy ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

We sell digital educational products, including PDF playbooks, templates, and related materials. Products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Unless stated otherwise, each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning and business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or sublicense our paid content without written permission.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the listed price plus any applicable taxes displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products under any circumstances. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All content on the Site and in our products—including text, graphics, templates, diagrams, and branding—is owned by Scribi Studio Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the content. It grants you a limited license to access and use the materials as described in these terms.

• Share download links or purchased files with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to bypass payment or access controls
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site for commercial redistribution
• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
